Join Fan Duel as a Lead VIP Manager, where you will oversee key VIP accounts and develop a motivated team. This customer-facing position requires expertise in high-end service and online gaming.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value players while mentoring a small team of VIP Account Managers. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and retain high-value player accounts
• Ensure compliance with responsible gaming practices
• Develop relationships and reward VIPs through engagement
• Set productivity and service agreements for the team
• Organize hospitality events for VIP customers
Requirements:
• At least 4 years' experience in high-end service
• People management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid analytical skills and Excel proficiency
• Willingness to work flexible hours
