In this permanent role reporting to the Associate Director of Production, you will oversee event logistics and support high-caliber performances at one of Canada’s largest arts centers. Your expertise in managing technical systems and communication will enhance the collaboration among diverse teams to deliver remarkable experiences for audiences and artists alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage event production schedules and team coordination
• Initiate crew calls and oversee casual staff
• Facilitate communication between clients, performers, and crews
• Ensure technical systems are installed and operational
• Assist in maintaining stage and event safety protocols
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' supervisory experience in live event production
• Proficiency in audio, video, and lighting systems
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Ability to read technical production drawings
• Genuine passion for the arts and community engagement
