This hands-on role demands an expert in event planning and sponsorship growth. Ideal candidates will be responsible for creating unforgettable events that align with Lake Louise’s vision. You will also lead cross-department collaborations and volunteer management to ensure smooth execution and high attendee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute public-facing events at the resort

• Monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement

• Manage logistics, permits, and vendor coordination

• Lead the acquisition and management of sponsorship deals

• Prepare budgets and financial reports for events

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and certification in Event Planning

• Proven experience in event execution of various sizes

• Intermediate skiing or snowboarding ability

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license and work authorization in Canada
