Position: Dynamic Sponsorship and Event Leadership Role
Location: Lake Louise

Join Lake Louise Ski Resort as a leader in event management and sponsorship strategies. This role requires creativity and strategic thinking to enhance the guest experience through well-executed events.

As the Event and Sponsorship Manager, you will spearhead guest engagement initiatives year-round. Your focus will be on developing collaborative partnerships and implementing event programming that aligns with Lake Louise’s mission. You will need to coordinate logistics, manage volunteers, and surpass expectations across all events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and promote annual public events at the resort

• Oversee volunteer program and event logistics

• Develop and track sponsorship agreements and deliverables

• Collaborate with marketing for event promotions

• Maintain budgetary controls for event expenditures

Requirements:

• At least a High School Diploma and event management certification

• Experience executing a variety of events

• Strong organizational and adaptation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets

• Must have a valid work permit for Canada
