Schedule:
Flexible, part‑time hours based on the event calendar, with additional paid opportunities throughout the event season. Compensation: $25–30/hour based on experience and performance. Mileage and per diem provided where applicable.
About Muuse Muuse delivers reusable dishware programs at festivals, sporting events, and community celebrations across the Bow Valley and beyond. We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on operator who enjoys organizing people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional events.
Responsibilities Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and schedule casual event staff.
Prepare event inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Coordinate event logistics, including packing, transportation, setup, and teardown.
Lead and support staff onsite throughout event operations.
Coordinate with the washing team to ensure reusable inventory is cleaned, organized, and event‑ready.
Troubleshoot operational issues and support vendors, clients, and staff throughout the event.
Capture photos and videos during events, including setup, circulation, attendance, and overall program activity.
Enter event metrics, inventory counts, and results into reporting spreadsheets and dashboards.
Document operational improvements, lessons learned, and recommendations following each event.
Complete post‑event reporting and inventory reconciliation.
What Success Looks Like Events run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Staff arrive prepared, supported, and engaged.
Inventory is packed, tracked, and returned accurately.
Operational issues are identified early and resolved quickly.
Event reporting is completed promptly, with clear recommendations that help improve future programs.
Clients and partners feel supported and confident working with Muuse.
