Elevate player engagement as the Director of Player Development for PENN Interactive. Lead VIP strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer loyalty across various states and provinces.
In this senior role, you will oversee the Player Development performance for all sports book and iCasino products within your assigned region. Your focus will be on VIP acquisition, retention, and navigating market dynamics. Experience in gaming and leadership is essential as you will manage VIP teams and develop sales strategies to meet performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct casino marketing efforts for PENN Interactive
• Drive revenue growth and enhance the VIP database
• Lead VIP team strategies to improve market share
• Maintain compliance and optimize departmental processes
• Provide KPI analysis to the Vice President of VIP
Requirements:
• 5+ years in gaming, online or brick-and-mortar
• 3+ years in management with sales team oversight
• 2+ years in online gaming operations
• Strong communication and computer skills, especially Excel
• Passion for sports and casino betting
