In this critical role, you're responsible for cash operations at the front window and assisting the Cage Supervisor. Your ability to engage with patrons and uphold service standards will directly impact the guest experience at Calgary’s premier entertainment destination. Previous banking experience preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle front window cash transactions accurately
• Assist with cart transfers as needed by the Cage Supervisor
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout shifts
• Adhere to all regulations set by the Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission
• Remain vigilant in emergency situations, acting promptly
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous money handling experience is favored
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to perform basic math and problem-solve
• Capability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 40 lbs)
