Elevate the gaming experience as a Slot Attendant by providing exceptional customer service at our casino. Assist guests with jackpots and gaming queries while ensuring a clean environment.
In this role, you will be key in supporting our guests' gaming experience. Responsibilities include processing jackpot payouts, handling minor slot machine maintenance, and promoting loyalty programs. Exceptional customer service and adherence to gaming regulations are vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pay out jackpots and process TITO/VLT tickets
• Execute minor maintenance on slot machines
• Maintain cleanliness of the casino environment
• Provide game rules and casino information to guests
• Promote brand and loyalty programs effectively
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• AGLC Gaming Registration Number needed
• Clear Criminal Record Check required
• AGLC certifications in gaming and customer service
• Flexible schedule for shifts including weekends and holidays
Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing gaming challenges and enhancing guest satisfaction.
