Position: Slot Attendant with Customer Service Focus
Enhance guest gaming experiences as a Slot Attendant. Provide exceptional customer service, process payouts, and perform machine maintenance in a dynamic casino environment.

In this role, you will ensure that every guest receives top-tier assistance during their time at the gaming machines. Your responsibilities will include processing jackpots, handling TITO and VLT tickets, and conducting minor machine maintenance. Your friendly demeanor will be key in promoting the casino's brand and engaging with patrons about game rules and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pay out jackpots and cancel credits efficiently

• Maintain and troubleshoot slot machines as needed

• Ensure cleanliness of the casino environment

• Help guests understand game and casino rules

• Promote Winner’s Edge loyalty cards and other marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• AGLC Gaming Registration Number mandatory

• Clear Criminal Record Check essential

• Knowledge of AGLC Terms & Conditions

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
