Lake Louise Events and Partnerships Manager

Shape unforgettable experiences as the Events and Partnerships Manager at Lake Louise Ski Resort. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive visitor engagement.

You will lead the development of exciting events and sponsorship opportunities that promote Lake Louise’s reputation. Managing logistics, volunteer coordination, and inter-departmental communication are central to your success. Your strong organizational abilities will ensure impactful and memorable experiences for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute events enhancing guest interaction

• Evaluate performance metrics for strategic insights

• Coordinate all event logistics and vendor communications

• Lead sponsorship acquisition and management initiatives

• Prepare detailed reports on event budgets and outcomes

Requirements:

• High School Diploma plus a degree in Marketing or Event Planning

• Extensive event management experience

• Intermediate or advanced skiing/snowboarding skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

• Valid driver's license and work eligibility in Canada
