MRU Hockey Operations Team Member

Support MRU hockey fans as a Hockey Operations Team Member! This flexible, part-time position provides an amazing opportunity to assist at home games.

Become part of the Cougars Athletics and Recreation Department at Mount Royal University.

Your role includes managing admissions, handling ticket sales, and ensuring an engaging experience for attendees. This position requires evening and weekend availability through March 2027, where you will be pivotal in creating memorable game day experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ticket sales and scanning for game day access

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of admission areas

• Resolve technical issues effectively

• Deliver superior customer support to fans

• Set up and take down equipment for admissions

Requirements:

• Background in fast-paced transaction environments

• Competence in independent and collaborative work

• Strong communication abilities with all stakeholders

• Keen attention to detail in execution

• Experience with Showpass and Square POS software is a plus
