Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct site staff across various roles

• Conduct final interviews and onboarding for new hires

• Schedule work shifts and approve overtime as needed

• Perform quality control inspections and assist with inventory management

• Respond to tenant concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education required

• Previous leadership and property management experience an asset

• Advanced computer skills in Excel and Word

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to work rotating on-call shifts
