We are seeking a motivated Surveillance Operator to strengthen our security team at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary on Tsuut’ina First Nation. This role requires attention to detail, prior experience with CCTV equipment, and knowledge of casino operations. You will be responsible for monitoring premises and reporting any irregularities, ensuring the safety of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor surveillance equipment for suspicious activities

• Report incidents per internal control procedures

• Ensure compliance with Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission regulations

• Maintain clear communication regarding operational observations

• Write detailed reports on daily activities and incidents

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Previous surveillance or IT work experience

• Knowledge of casino table games and security policies

• Strong observational and communication skills

• Ability to work shifts and sit for long periods
