As a Slot Attendant, you will be responsible for paying out jackpots, supporting guests with machine issues, and maintaining a clean casino floor. Strong customer service skills and knowledge of gaming regulations are essential to promote trust and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle jackpot payouts and TITO ticket transactions
• Maintain operational slot machines through minor repairs
• Assist in keeping the casino environment tidy
• Provide insights on game rules to players
• Promote brand loyalty and customer engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• AGLC Gaming Registration Number must be obtained
• Clear Criminal Record Check is essential
• Relevant AGLC certifications for gaming knowledge
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule
