As a Birthday Party Leader, you'll be responsible for planning activities that cater to different age groups, ensuring the safety of all participants. You will oversee transitions, communicate with birthday hosts, and supervise volunteers, all while maintaining a fun atmosphere. Your proactive approach and creativity will ensure each party runs smoothly and is memorable for kids and parents alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate age-appropriate games and activities
• Ensure participant safety and supervise volunteers
• Coordinate equipment setup and takedown
• Communicate essential party details with hosts
• Mentor and guide volunteers during events
Requirements:
• Current Standard First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• Experience in recreation programming
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Capability to adapt games based on group dynamics
