KidStrong Community Reception Coach

Join Kid Strong as a Reception Coach and help create a vibrant community space! This part-time role is vital for welcoming families and enhancing their experience at our center.

As a Reception Coach at Kid Strong, you will greet families upon arrival and ensure a warm, professional environment that reflects our core values. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks, from organizing the lobby space to assisting with trial experiences for prospective members. You'll be the first impression families have, making your role truly impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome families and children to the lobby

• Assist in preparing and delivering trial experiences

• Maintain front-desk operations efficiently

• Build genuine connections with families and members

• Ensure smooth communication with Coaches and staff

Requirements:

• Experience in reception or customer service roles

• Must hold CPR and First Aid certifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Enjoy working in a lively, child-focused setting

• Reliable with a positive attitude
