Join High Rollers as a Bowling Host and help create unforgettable experiences for guests in the heart of Banff! Manage bowling activities, support staff, and assist with vibrant events.

In this host role, you will be pivotal in engaging with guests and ensuring smooth operations at our bowling alley. Duties will include lane assignments, shoe sanitation, and facilitating special events while showcasing your customer service skills. Your support will enhance the lively atmosphere of High Rollers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet every patron upon arrival

• Assign bowling lanes and keep track of reservations

• Sanitize rental shoes and process payments

• Assist with table clearing and server support

• Maintain Open Table for accurate booking management

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Flexibility to work varied hours, especially evenings

• Strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit

• Previous bowling experience not necessary, full training provided

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
