Slot Floor Customer Relations Supervisor

Lead guest service on Calgary’s slot floor using communication, problem solving, and leadership skills while maintaining professionalism and privacy. Build rapport with guests through visible, attentive floor support.

Reporting to the Slot Manager, the Slot Supervisor maintains customer relations and supports daily casino gaming-floor operations. This position requires customer service, teamwork, conflict resolution, and public speaking. The supervisor communicates with Casino Host and PURE Players Rewards while supporting an energetic guest experience.

• Maintain a visible presence throughout the gaming floor
• Engage guests and encourage PURE Rewards Card enrollment
• Address guest incidents and provide casino information
• Coordinate breaks and communicate daily events electronically
• Coach Slot Attendants and report concerns to management

• Grade XII diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Comfort with public speaking and active listening
• Previous guest-relationship service experience preferred
