Create lasting memories for Splitsville guests through friendly service, clear communication, and hands-on support across entertainment areas.
Splitsville Team Members contribute to experiences combining ten-pin bowling, casual dining, arcades, laser tag, and other entertainment. You may communicate with shift leaders, maintain supplies, support promotions, and respond to guest needs. The position also includes cleanliness, safety, and daily operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with shift leaders and managers
- Stay aware of promotions, specials, and pricing
- Restock supplies for shift changes and closing
- Maintain records using communication books and checklists
- Clean work areas and remove trash
- Friendly, energetic, positive approach with guests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across multiple departments
- Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, holidays
- Willingness to follow health and safety procedures
