Who are we looking for?

GHD has an immediate opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager-Americas to join the Group Finance team and drive and coordinate FP&A activities across the Americas region.

Reporting to the Enterprise Head of Planning & Analysis and partnering closely with the Americas CFO, the FP&A Manager – Americas plays a critical role in driving the financial performance and strategic direction of the Americas business. You will deliver clear, forward-looking financial insights and strategic recommendations that enable informed decision-making aligned with the company’s objectives. Pivotal to this will be to oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and ensure that all financial plans are robust and adaptable.

Critical to being successful in this role you will be able to translate and communicate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations

Salary range: $99,120 - $165,113.

The salary range is based on the preferred work location. If the selected candidate’s location differs, changes to the salary range may apply.
