- Develop, implement, and manage global transfer pricing strategies and documentation in compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Oversee functional and economic analyses and benchmarking studies.
- Coordinate with local finance teams and external advisors to support intercompany pricing policies and implementation.
- Manage operational transfer pricing, including monthly/quarterly true-ups and intercompany adjustments.
- Promote standardization of transfer pricing processes across all operations while accounting for local needs.
- Drive adoption of digital tools to improve accuracy, visibility, and reporting efficiency.
- Oversee preparation and timely submission of global intercompany transaction reporting, transfer pricing reports, master files and local files.
- Ensure alignment of transfer pricing documentation with corporate tax returns and statutory filings.
- Monitor global transfer pricing compliance and maintain a calendar of filing obligations.
- Stay current on global tax law changes affecting filing requirements.
- Contribute to tax audits related to transfer pricing and corporate tax matters globally.
- Collaborate with internal legal, finance, and operations teams to gather data and develop audit strategies.
- Proactively assess audit risks and help prepare internal positions and defense files.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing and corporate income tax (Big Four or multinational in-house experience preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of OECD transfer pricing guidelines, BEPS action plans, and global documentation requirements.
- Proven experience managing tax audits and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills and a hands‑on leadership style.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
