** Key Responsibilities
*** Administer team member benefits programs for both Canadian and U.S., including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
* Manage compensation processes and support annual reviews across both countries.
* Maintain and update data in Workday.
* Prepare and analyze reports for HR and leadership.
* Process and reconcile invoices related to benefits and compensation.
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies in Canada and the U.S..
* Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation.
* Liaise with vendors in both countries for claims, eligibility, and issue resolution.
* Support cross-border compliance reporting and audits.
** Qualifications
* ** Experience with Workday (ideal).
* Strong understanding of benefits and compensation practices in Canada and the U.S..
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
