Your new role
Research, analyze and validate corporate action information and disseminate critical and relevant information to other areas of such as Portfolio Managers, Treasury Management, Valuations, Performance and Data Management.
Be the technical expert in the daily administration and processing ofplex corporate actions such as Mergers, Acquisitions, Spin-offs, Redemptions, Rights Offerings and Exercises in the North American, EAFE and Emerging Markets. The end goal is to be the Subject-Matter Expert in the corporate actions area.
