Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Controller will play a key leadership role overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and audit functions, while partnering closely with leadership across the organization to support responsible stewardship of resources and long-term sustainability.

• Overseeing all financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes
• Leading and mentoring a dedicated finance team
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, funder, and Board reporting requirements
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across departments
• Providing financial insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Partnering with operational leaders to strengthen financial understanding and accountability
• Supporting risk management, insurance oversight, and cash stewardship

• A CPA designation with strong technical accounting expertise
• Experience managing audits and complex stakeholder reporting
• Progressive people leadership experience and a collaborative leadership style
• Strong analytical and communication skills
