Gunvor is hiring a full-time Settlements Analyst to manage the intricate process of trading invoices and ensure accurate settlements. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries relating to transactions.

As a Settlements Analyst, you will join a dynamic environment where you will use your two to five years of experience in physical commodity settlements. You will work closely with various departments and need a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a similar field for effective performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming trading invoices and check their correctness

• Issue and verify sales invoices based on transaction details

• Allocate payable amounts across trading desks

• Communicate with departments about accounts receivable

• Assist in cost accrual data entry and updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in business administration or accounting

• 2-5 years of experience in commodity settlements

• Familiarity with physical and financial power transactions

• Knowledge of invoicing storage and freight costs

• Strong communication skills for interdepartmental collaboration
