In this role within the Quality & Performance team, you will assess underwriting quality and support the structuring of complex financial transactions. • Support structuring of complex financing solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in commercial real estate financing
• Knowledge of CMHC programs is an asset
• Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills
• Proven adaptability and continuous improvement mindset
