Become an integral part of the Money Mart team as a Financial Service Representative. Deliver tailored financial solutions and exceptional service to our customers in need.
In this role with Momentum Financial Services Group, you will engage customers, understand their financial situations, and provide responsible lending solutions. Your responsibilities will blend sales, customer service, and compliance within a secure environment. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional service by assessing customer needs
• Promote and process personal lending products
• Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities
• Explain financial product details and terms
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year in customer service or retail
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
