The Controller position is integral to ensuring the financial health of The Newly Institute, providing leadership in all aspects of financial management. This includes directing accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards. Your strategic analysis and impactful recommendations will support various organizational initiatives and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance department in operational strategy

• Perform rigorous financial reporting and auditing

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax obligations

• Oversee annual budgeting and financial performance analysis

• Implement effective internal controls to minimize risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

• CPA designation essential and in good standing

• At least 10 years of related experience

• Experience with team leadership and financial process improvement

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Sage Intacct preferred
