In this full-time Finance Partner position, you will oversee financial operations for Faculty and Business Units with sizable portfolios of $50M to $100M. You will provide critical insights and generate actionable recommendations through your analysis of diverse financial data. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of financial strategies and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive financial data assessment and reporting
• Support leadership with strategic budgetary decisions
• Oversee planning and execution of budget processes
• Drive financial analysis for performance evaluation
• Foster partnerships to improve financial procedures
Requirements:
• CA, CMA, CGA, or MBA required
• 7 years of experience in financial roles
• 2+ years in supporting senior leadership financially
• Proven ability in managing large budgets
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
