You have experience leading complex finance functions across multiple business units, partnering closely with executive teams to drive profitability, support growth, and make informed business decisions. Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and financial analysis are areas where you excel, and you are comfortable translating complex financial information into clear recommendations for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all finance functions across Kinepolis Group’s North American businesses.
• Partner with executive leaders to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, scenario planning, and business insights.
• Present financial results, recommendations, and performance insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Lead the annual budgeting process and oversee forecasting, financial planning, and performance management across the North American portfolio.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, providing reporting and analysis on financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide recommendations on resource allocation, cost management, revenue optimization, and capital investments.

• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, and financial reporting activities across North America.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
• Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions to maintain strong fiscal governance and oversight.
