Strong proficiency in financial analysis and client relationship management is crucial to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete commercial mortgage renewal processes

• Negotiate renewal terms with borrowers and brokers

• Assess borrower and guarantor financial performance

• Prepare detailed credit packages for internal review

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in commercial lending or underwriting

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
