Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-risk agricultural and commercial lending portfolios

• Collaborate with teams on higher-risk borrowing relationships

• Present recommendations to lending committees

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in finance or related field

• 5+ years experience in lending and credit analysis

• Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance

• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
