  • Draft investment memoranda, board materials, and internal approval packages for new projects and transactions.
  • Build and maintain detailed project finance models, including unlevered and levered returns, debt sizing and sculpting, tax attribute modeling, and sensitivity and scenario analysis. Experience modelling power generation projects using monthly generation profiles, wholesale power curves, heat rate/spark spread dynamics, merchant exposure vs. contracted cash flows is an asset.
  • Develop and maintain corporate-level consolidation models, including cash flow forecasting, covenant compliance tracking, and portfolio-level analytics.
  • Support valuation analysis for M&A opportunities, including comparable company, precedent transaction, and discounted cash flow analysis.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc analytics for management, investors, and lenders, including KPI tracking and portfolio performance dashboards.
  • Monitor market trends, including energy pricing, tax credit policy, and capital markets conditions, relevant to project economics and financing strategy.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial modeling templates, tools, and internal processes.
