Position: Implementation Officer for Cash Management

In this full-time role, you will engage with clients during the implementation process, ensuring they receive seamless delivery of tailored cash management products. Working closely with the Implementation and Integration Team in Commercial Banking, your communication skills will shine as you clarify services and provide necessary support. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in financial services and bilingual proficiency in English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple product implementation cases during client onboarding

• Collaborate with Cash Management Operations partners

• Develop tailored implementation plans based on client needs

• Ensure clients’ confidence in their cash management services

• Analyze and understand product requirements for unique client needs

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French

• 1-2 years in financial services with business client interaction

• Strong critical thinking and collaboration abilities

• Proficiency in digital and mobile banking technologies

• Post-secondary education in business or financial management preferred
