The Trade Analyst Intern will play a crucial role within the Supply & Trading organization. In this position, you will analyze market data and trends, supporting tasks from crude oil to refined products. Collaborating closely with traders and other teams, you'll develop key analytical tools and dashboards that assist in making informed commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market analysis of pricing and trade flow trends
• Develop and maintain economic models and forecasts
• Validate and analyze internal and external data sources
• Identify market opportunities through evaluation of arbitrage
• Create reports and presentations to share insights
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a Canadian post-secondary institution
• Available for a 4, 8, or 12-month term
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
