Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the renewal process for commercial mortgage loans
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and brokers
• Prepare detailed loan summaries and credit packages
• Assess financial standing of borrowers and properties
• Communicate with stakeholders on renewal requirements
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in commercial banking or lending
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or Business Administration
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Knowledge of CMHC-insured programs is a plus
