TD Customer Service Banking Associate

Serve Calgary customers onsite as a part time TD Customer Experience Associate, processing financial transactions and recommending suitable banking solutions.

At TD Canada Trust, this associate role supports Personal & Commercial Banking customers through frontline service. You will understand customer needs, provide information and advice, resolve concerns, and promote banking products. Accuracy, discretion, and clear communication guide each interaction while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
• Recommend operational improvements supporting customer experience

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Accurate, detail-oriented, calm, and courteous communication skills
