Location: Strathmore
At ATB Financial, welcome clients with friendly banking service while building relationships and understanding their financial needs in Strathmore.
As a Client Service Representative, you will provide essential banking services, personalized solutions, and guidance. You will introduce digital banking tools, collaborate with internal teams, and help ensure positive, efficient client interactions. This temporary 12-month opportunity requires rotating Saturday shifts and occasional travel to neighbouring branches.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage clients to understand financial needs and goals
- Provide tailored solutions and personalized financial guidance
- Introduce digital banking tools and platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Process transactions accurately while protecting branch assets
- Grade 12 graduation and strong numerical aptitude
- Proven customer service or sales experience
- Flexible, collaborative approach with passion for helping others
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Personal lending familiarity or banking experience preferred
Use customer service, numerical aptitude, and banking skills to support ATB clients at the Strathmore branch.
