Process pooled-fund trades with advanced Excel skills in a full-time mutual fund operations position. Liaise with custodians and resolve trade-related issues accurately.
This Analyst, Mutual Fund Operations position supports trading, transfers, account maintenance, and unit holder recordkeeping. You will work with custodians, portfolio managers, operational teams, and external parties. The work includes registered accounts, systematic plans, tax slips, reconciliations, NAV calculations, financial reporting, and audit inquiries. Process improvement is also central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:- Process pooled-fund trades through the proprietary monitoring system
- Manage account opening, maintenance, and custodian transfers
- Respond to fund and unit holder information queries
- Support reconciliations, NAV calculations, reporting, and audits
- Identify automation opportunities across operational workflows
- Three to eight years in operations-focused work
- Investment, banking, or fund operations experience preferred
- Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics undergraduate degree
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Strong detail, analysis, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
