Serve Calgary clients at ATB Financial using customer service, banking knowledge, and strong numerical aptitude. Work from Calgary North Hill branch with occasional neighbouring branch travel.

As a Client Service Representative, you will provide essential banking services and build meaningful client relationships. You will understand financial needs, provide tailored guidance, introduce digital banking tools, and connect clients with suitable resources. • Grade 12 graduation and strong numerical aptitude
• Proven customer service or sales experience
• Flexible, collaborative approach to helping others
• Adaptability with decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Banking experience preferred; personal lending familiarity is advantageous
