Senior Manager Transaction Tax Services

Lead transaction tax advisory at BDO through tax due diligence, structuring, and modelling in a blended work environment.
As Senior Manager, you will support buy-side and sell-side transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations. Your work will address complex tax issues, Canadian and international private equity funds, sale purchase agreements, and post-closing matters. You will guide client engagements and technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence engagements
Design tax-efficient structures for acquisitions and reorganizations
Analyze tax issues and prepare technical client deliverables
Manage, mentor, and develop engagement team members
Support private equity business development initiatives
Requirements:
Completed CPA designation or LLB
Completed Master of Taxation or CPA Canada In-depth Tax program
At least six years of professional services experience specializing in Tax

Experience with M&A transactions and client expectation management
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Apply transaction tax, private equity, and leadership expertise as Senior Manager supporting BDO clients and teams.
