This co-op or internship student position contributes to initiatives spanning idea generation through implementation. You will help evaluate commercial opportunities through financial modelling, valuation, return analysis, and business research. The collaborative office setting provides exposure to business planning and strategic growth work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist financial modelling, valuation, and return analysis
Research markets, competitors, oilfield activity, and regulations
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and business cases
Collect data and maintain project documentation
Support corporate development projects and stakeholder needs
Requirements:
Post-secondary enrollment in finance, business, economics, or related discipline
Return to studies following the work term
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eligibility to work legally in Canada
Strengthen financial analysis, research, and presentation experience while contributing to SECURE’s corporate development initiatives.
