Shape finance operating models and transformation roadmaps while advising CFOs on technology, reporting, and organisational change at EY.
This Finance Manager supports finance transformation programs for high-growth clients and market leaders, preferably in insurance. You will address finance processes, decision-making, reporting, and technology implementation while building long-term client relationships. The position also involves project execution, risk escalation, commercial development, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish project objectives, scope, budgets, and execution plans
- Design and monitor finance transition roadmaps
- Support finance tool implementations as a functional expert
- Identify risks and recommend preventive or mitigating actions
- Develop client relationships, networks, and commercial opportunities
- Experience with record-to-report finance processes and reconciliations
- Knowledge of consolidation, close, cost allocation, and planning
- Strong accounting skills and understanding of financial statements
- Experience in presales, business development, or go-to-market roles
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
