About the position
DutiesThe Visitor Services Team Leader IV (PM 04) reports to the Visitor Experience Operations Coordinator (PM 05) and leads the Visitor Access Team, responsible for traffic management, shuttle operations, mobile park pass revenue collection, visitor information, and litter/janitorial services. This role directly oversees several high profile contracts to deliver a seasonal shuttle service serving over 3,000 visitors per day!
