Be an integral part of a lithium extraction project as a Rights and Regulatory Advisor. This remote consulting role focuses on securing mineral rights and navigating the complex regulatory landscape.

The position demands a detailed understanding of oil and gas operations involving lithium extraction. You’ll be responsible for examining ownership rights, assessing Indigenous consultation processes, and addressing environmental regulations within Alberta and British Columbia. The goal is to enable immediate actions while considering future project expansions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
