This pivotal role will enable you to build relationships with Indigenous contractors and communities, aligning their participation with Alta Gas projects. You will develop contract plans and negotiate terms while ensuring socio-economic objectives are met effectively. Your operational insights are key for supporting Indigenous business pre-qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities
• Integrate Indigenous businesses into Contract Development Plans
• Lead negotiations for socio-economic compliance
• Review and approve subcontract awards
• Keep databases of engagement outcomes up to date
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines
• 10 years of experience in supply chain or Indigenous relations
• Strong engagement and negotiation skills
• High awareness of cultural diversity
• Proficient in MS Office applications
