This full-time role seeks candidates with 5 years of relevant regulatory experience to drive change and improve processes across the organization. You will engage with various teams to enhance regulatory frameworks while addressing intricate challenges in resource regulation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement processes that align with the Regulatory Decision Frameworks
• Analyze and rectify inconsistencies in regulatory practices
• Collaborate to develop practical, effective solutions
• Prepare detailed analyses to inform regulatory decisions
• Engage and train stakeholders during change initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 5 years in energy or minerals regulation
• Knowledge of AER’s regulatory framework
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Preferred certification in change or project management
