Join Inter Pipeline in Calgary as a Regulatory Advisor to ensure compliance and facilitate approvals in Natural Gas Liquids operations. This role emphasizes relationship-building and regulatory expertise.
The Regulatory Advisor reports to the Supervisor, Environment, Land & Regulatory, assisting with regulatory compliance for IPL’s NGL operations. You will play a crucial role in coordinating applications, maintaining licenses, and fostering positive relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a regulatory resource for Pioneer facilities
• Create and communicate regulatory execution strategies
• Oversee compliance audits and effectiveness reporting
• Develop stakeholder consultation plans for approvals
• Manage licenses for pipelines and facilities
Requirements:
• Degree in Science/Environmental Science or Engineering
• 7–15 years in oil and gas regulatory and compliance
• Strong familiarity with AER regulations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in land management is a plus
