Financial Planner - Sunridge

Job Summary  Financial Planner – Mass affluent investing clients, located in Calgary, Alberta. Report to TD Wealth Financial Planning team. 37.5 hours per week. Base pay $60,000 – $70,000 CAD plus commission.
Responsibilities   Identify client life and financial goals, provide comprehensive reviews, and build long‑term relationships.
Conduct reporting and analysis, draw conclusions, make recommendations and continually assess program effectiveness.
Contribute to team and department goals while strengthening customer service and dedication.
Monitor service, productivity, and efficiency, implementing continuous improvement.
Maintain knowledge of best practices, stay ahead of emerging trends.
Acquire, apply, and share expertise; provide mentorship, assistance and direction to others.
Maintain a culture of risk management and control, aligned with risk appetite.
Participate fully as a team member, supporting a positive, service‑oriented work environment.
Qualifications   University degree (preferred).
3–5 years experience in financial services managing client relationships, providing financial advice, and tailored investment solutions.
CIRO Registered Representative license within 120 days of hire.
Achieve Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within 3 years.
Candidate may also be a QAFP professional in good standing for at least 5 years, with up to 10 years of qualifying experience.
