In this role, you will conduct patrolling duties in parking areas, issue legal violations using electronic ticketing, and manage detailed records of all enforcement actions. Your professionalism and sound judgment are critical in responding to bylaw complaints and maintaining community standards. You’ll work closely with other departments to support your enforcement duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols of parking enforcement zones
• Issue electronic tickets with sufficient documentation
• Maintain enforcement activity records accurately
• Engage meaningfully with community members
• Collaborate with town departments for evidence collection
Requirements:
• Relevant enforcement experience or similar background
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Capable of handling emotionally charged scenarios
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar software
• Strong attention to detail in record management
Support the Banff community through responsible enforcement and client-focused interactions.
